Vanessa here with, as promised, some juicy extra content for you. At the end of our most recent conversation with Kreesa Lancaster — lawyer, pro-choice activist, and friend — we (as is our wont) got on a bit of a tangent talking about the leaked draft of Justice Samuel Alito’s Dobbs opinion. Rank speculation? Totally. But it was still a fun diversion into the potential legal/ethical ramifications of the leak, who dunnit (Was it a conservative clerk? A liberal? Was it stupid? Genius?), and whether or not more transparency into the Supreme Court would be a good thing.
